Steppingstone's Team

At Steppingstone Farm Museum, our strength comes from the people who care deeply about preserving Harford County’s rural heritage and sharing it with future generations. Guided by a dedicated Board of Directors, the museum benefits from a diverse range of experience in agriculture, education, business, preservation, and community service. Their leadership helps ensure that Steppingstone remains a strong, sustainable organization while staying true to its mission.

Working alongside the Board, our staff and volunteers bring passion, creativity, and countless hours of dedication to the museum every day. From caring for historic buildings and collections to developing educational programs and community events, they help make Steppingstone a place where history comes alive. Together, they are preserving the stories, traditions, and skills of the past while helping to build a vibrant future for the museum and the community it serves.
