Rowdy Rooster offers 4 different workshops over the course of 3 days. Registration is below, to see the workshop flyer click here.  Please note the date are times of each workshop as they are only once during the weekend.

The event is organized by Steppingstone Farm Museum, Havre de Grace Arts Collective and Fallston Flyers Disc Golf. It is a collaboration by these three non-profits to create an event that appeals to our diverse community.

Join Linnea of Haven Hdg for an hour of deep relaxation! Enjoy a live crystal bowl soundbath experience where you will fully relax into your yoga mat and bolsters. Linnea will guide us through some very gentle stretching and breathing exercises, (suitable for all ages), and then we will lay back and deeply relax.

Sound therapy is a wonderful healing modality, it helps regulate the nervous system, aids in healing anxiety, assists with better sleep, helps with inflammation and pain and so much more! Give yourself a beautiful way to start your weekend!

Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket/towel for extra cushioning and anything else that will allow you to get fully comfortable for the experience. Suitable for all ages, anyone under 16 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
