Pictures for Preservation
A fundraiser to support the preservation of Steppingstone's historic buildings and grounds
November 3rd, 2018, Saturday, 8am-5pm
(Rain Date: Sunday, Nov. 4th)
$120 for a 30 minute session with a professional photographer
for up to 6 people
An entire day of family photos , senior portraits, holiday pictures and more at the peak of autumn in the best spots at Steppingstone!
All sessions will receive 3 digital images from their photographer. Additional images may be purchased.
Each photographer listed below has an Eventbrite link to their available session times. Once you have reserved your session, the museum staff will contact you via email to confirm your choice of photography zone (below).
Meet the Photographers
For this event, the museum grounds will be broken down into 8 zones. Our staff will contact you via email to confirm your zone preference once you have reserved a time with your photographer. Please note that zones are limited by availability. Each photography session is limited to one (1) zone. If you would like an additional zone, you must purchase an additional session.
This zone includes the area surrounding the chicken coop, Office, and Museum Mercantile gift shop along with historic stone walls.
This zone includes the area surrounding the Blacksmith shop, Woodworking Shop, and left side of the Orchard and historic stone walls. Views of the Susquehanna River.
This zone includes the area surrounding the small shop exhibits, Small Pavilion, and right side of the Orchard, including the Stage and historic stone walls. Views of the Susquehanna River and the Conowingo Dam.
This zone includes the area surrounding the historic stone Farm House, including the Courtyard and stone walls.
This zone includes the area surrounding the Corn Crib, including the Front Field.
This zone includes the area surrounding the Display Barn and Barnyard, and the driveway and fence line down to the red Gatehouse.
This zone includes the area surrounding the Wheelwright Shop and Pavilion, including the Gazebo, Herb Garden, and pine trees between the Machine Barn and Corn Crib.
This zone includes the area surrounding the Machine Barn, Carriage Barn, and Cannery and including the fire pit and historic stone walls.
Our historic stone walls and trees are lovely, but please do not sit, climb, or stand on them.
